Liam Rosenior leaves Strasbourg for Chelsea

The English club Chelsea has confirmed the appointment of English coach Liam Rosenior (41) in Strasbourg, the French club is owned by the Blues of America consortium within BlueCo. The man who has led Racing since the summer of 2024 has signed up with the current fifth in the Premier League until 2032, specifies a press release.

Rosenior announced this morning that he had “a verbal agreement” with the London club during the press conference at the Meinau stadium in Strasbourg. “An incredible opportunity like this cannot be refused,” he explained.

Sixth Chelsea manager of the BlueCo era

At Chelsea, Rosenior becomes the sixth permanent coach of the BlueCo era, which began in spring 2022, after Thomas Tuchel, Graham Potter, Frank Lampard, Mauricio Pochettino and Enzo Maresca.
